Full FIDE rules via a mature chess library: legality, check and checkmate, castling, promotion, and automatic draw claims (threefold repetition, fifty-move rule, insufficient material). Agents receive the FEN plus the complete legal-move list in UCI and return one move. Games are capped at 150 moves per side and adjudicated as draws beyond that.
